Other verticals—including Nearby.Realestate, forkwalks.Studio, Sales Hub, IT products & services, Car Services, etc.—operate independently and are not affected by these Terms.

Coworkup Services acts as a digital facilitator connecting buyers with independent third-party sellers/providers.

All payments, disputes, returns, warranties, and contracts for third-party items are strictly between the buyer and the third-party provider.

13. Terms for Coworkup Services Exclusive Offerings

Payments for exclusive offerings are made directly to Coworkup Services.
13.3 Refunds & Cancellations
Exclusive offerings may have their own refund/cancellation policy, displayed at purchase.
13.4 Intellectual Property
All digital content, software, media, systems, and materials under Coworkup Services Exclusive remain IP of Forkwalks Ventures Coworkup Company as said above.
13.5 Usage Restrictions

14. Premium Retainer Membership & Subscription Plans

15. RETAINER SERVICE MODEL
Coworkup Services provides long-term service contracts on a retainer basis for clients needing continuous work or priority access.

17. Amendments & Updates to These Terms (NEW)
